Just a little item to remember before heading head first into building of second hull: all those poke up corners of deckbeams, bunkbraces, bunkbearers, deck stingers and diagonal stiffeners should be beveled little bit. Yes, its a bit extra work, but it pays off as those beveled corners will be much easier to coat with epoxy. Furthermore its more stress free to sand them later, constantly concerned about possible risk of sand off the coating from the corner.
